Requests for help can concern any type of problem that you have to solve, and that does not require the intervention of the police or the public emergency service.
Whether it involves ourselves, or another person we see in difficulty, the request for help will reach all users who are within a certain radius established by the person sending the request. Users available to intervene will enter in a common chat so that they can coordinate with each other and with whom launched the request.
The user will establish the range of action of the request based on the type of problem, the situation and the place where you are.
If we are in a city center with the car broken down or without petrol, it will be useless and counterproductive to send the request within a radius of a few kilometers (with the risk of sending notifications to users who could not intervene and who could therefore leave negative feedback) , it is different if the same problem occurs on the highway or in places far from inhabited centers for which even a user at several kilometers could be on the same road or could get there with a small deviation from their path.
When you click on the “requests” icon, you can select the yellow or red button, depending on the urgency or seriousness of the problem.
It will then be possible to leave a written description or a voice message, to describe the situation in which you find yourself and the type of help you require.

The user who receives the notification of a request for help will see the icon of the person who made the request on the map, colored yellow or red according to the level of urgency. Clicking on the icon opens a window with the description of the request (written or as a voice message), the possibility of entering the chat (if available to intervene), the possibility of activating the navigator towards the position of the applicant for help, or the possibility close them if you think you can’t help in that particular situation.
